Organic North Canterbury winery Greystone Wines has given its cellar door a new look, using limestone from the hillsides of the vineyard and hanging old pinotage grape vines on the walls. It has hired acclaimed chef and forager Melany Wright to find wild and local ingredients and create a menu to pair with its award-winning wines.
