A ground- break­ing in­ter­ac­tive ed­u­ca­tional ex­hi­bi­tion tai­lor- made for fam­i­lies seeks to ad­dress the is­sue of sus­tain­able dairy­ing, milk sci­ence and en­vi­ron­men­tally con­scious land use.
