To 15 July, Sarjeant Gallery, 31 Taupo Quay, Whanganui An eclectic group show of renowned object makers features delicate white moths constructed from bronze in a glass display case by artist Elizabeth Thomson, cast-glass gnomes by sculptor Gregor Kregar, decorative vessels depicting Aesop’s Fables by ceramist John Lawrence and a trio of innovative works by contemporary jeweller Jane Dodd. Creature explores the artists’ direct and indirect involvement with the sphere of animal imagery.
