New Zealand Whites are one of the most

common breeds used for their meat. Their snow-white coats and fast-growing young are symbolic of the ‘commercial’ rabbit. Meat-wise, they have great meat cover, but the pelts are not worth a great deal, unless you want to dye them.

Personality-wise, does tend to be very aggressive, but bucks tend to be

reasonably well behaved.
