To-die-for raw ca­cao & co­conut oil kisses

TH­ESE ARE Theo’s favourite cook­ies. In fact he doesn’t like any other kind of bis­cuit, and be­lieve me, I’ve tried all sorts of recipes! They are ex­cep­tion­ally mor­eish and full of good­ness in the form of nuts, raw ca­cao and the good fats pro­vided by the co­conut oil.


Mix to­gether thor­oughly, spread out in a rec­tan­gu­lar con­tainer and re­frig­er­ate for 3-4 hours. Al­ter­na­tively, roll into small balls and cover with raw ca­cao pow­der, ground roasted nuts or co­conut.
