THIS IS the ba­sic recipe, but you can cre­ate your own marvelous mas­ter­pieces by try­ing ex­tras such as nuts, dried fruit, brandy, liqueur, vanilla essence or paste, des­ic­cated co­conut, mint leaves... and the list goes on. If you pre­fer a more milky choco­late, re­place 2 tbsp of raw ca­cao with 2 tbsp of milk pow­der. This recipe makes the equiv­a­lent of a store-bought block of choco­late.

4 tbsp raw ca­cao pow­der 4 tbsp whole milk pow­der 1 tbsp nut but­ter 7-8 dates/prunes/apri­cots diced n 1 tbsp (or more) of honey/maple syrup/ agave syrup

4 tbsp melted co­conut oil
