Kristina's homemade chocolate
THIS IS the basic recipe, but you can create your own marvelous masterpieces by trying extras such as nuts, dried fruit, brandy, liqueur, vanilla essence or paste, desiccated coconut, mint leaves... and the list goes on. If you prefer a more milky chocolate, replace 2 tbsp of raw cacao with 2 tbsp of milk powder. This recipe makes the equivalent of a store-bought block of chocolate.
4 tbsp raw cacao powder 4 tbsp whole milk powder 1 tbsp nut butter 7-8 dates/prunes/apricots diced n 1 tbsp (or more) of honey/maple syrup/ agave syrup
4 tbsp melted coconut oil
