Mizuna with pasta

mizuna greens

pasta of your choice

red pep­per

parme­san or Tasty cheese

METHOD

Cook your pasta. While cook­ing, sauté chopped mizuna in olive oil with gar­lic. Once pasta is cooked, drain and re­serve a cup of the pasta wa­ter. Toss pasta, cheese, and a bit of the pasta wa­ter in a skil­let over low heat. Add more pasta wa­ter if the mix­ture looks dry. Serve with crushed red pep­per and ex­tra cheese.
