The Grill at Sky City, Auck­land has a ded­i­cated truf­fle menu and Black Es­tate, Waipara, North Can­ter­bury has some truf­fle dishes on their menu. Oc­ca­sion­ally Lime­stone Hills will sell fresh truf­fles at the Waipara Val­ley Farmer’s Mar­ket on a Satur­day morn­ing.
