It’s weird to think when you start something little, that it could expand and lead to bigger opportunities. Working in the field and starting a blog was what helped me get my position here, and it’s with great pleasure that I get to continue with published work both in the magazines and on the website. I guess I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect job coming straight out of university than to then jump on board full-time here at NZPC. And it couldn’t come at a better time, with the launch of our new website — themotorhood.com.
The new site sees us team up with our fellow publications NZV8 and New Zealand Classic Car magazine. The Motorhood allows us to express and showcase coverage you won’t see in the magazine, or anywhere else for that matter. I’ll be working alongside the rest of the team to push out quality content that takes a note out of my Freshly Whipped website work from years gone by. I guess I’m just trying to ensure that what we’re doing is of a quality unmatched in our field. I’m not one to allow shit to get through, so I’ll be on the hunt to ensure we’re pumping out that quality.
Keep an eye out for some interesting posts and more up-to-date event coverage on TheMotorhood.com, or alternatively performancecar.co.nz will take you straight to our homepage within the site.
