AUCKLAND CAR CLUB TURNS 85

NZ Performance Car - - Inside Line -

Ticking up 85 years of anything is a damn fine achievement, and this year the Auckland Car Club will celebrate just that at the sixth round of the Clubmans’ Race Series, Sunday, April 9, at Hampton Downs. Established back in 1932, the club is home to many of our country’s top race and rally drivers including current and former champions, and is responsible for a large portion of the motorsport events in the greater Auckland area. The club want to celebrate the occasion by giving back to the public that has supported them over all the years — so they are offering FREE general ground admission to the event! On the day battling it out will be the Production Race Series, Classic Japanese Series, Clubman Sports Cars, and Racing Saloons; and for the V8 orientated, the Production Muscle Cars and Northern Muscle Cars series will be in full swing. The good stuff kicks off at 10.30am sharp — head to aucklandcarclub.com for all the particulars.
