The Mitsubishi Starion was one of those models that, despite having all the ingredients for a winning recipe, never really shared the status that its GT brethren seemed to enjoy. Mike Rogers is no stranger to these pages, with his red widebody featured in NZPerformanceCar Issue No. 240. He has forged a reputation for uncommon Mitsubishi ownership. The Starion remains much as it was when it left the factory, optioned with a five-speed manual and limited-slip differential (LSD) rear. The only noticeable differences are the 18x9.5-inch and 18x10.5-inch Work VS-XXs that now adorn the hubs and the more suitable ride height by way of custom Bilstein coilovers.
