3 ROTOR RACING PURCHASES GROUP C MACHINE
On its way from England, 3 Rotor Racing has got its hands on a Tiga Group C car. According to Tiga records, the 1986 Tiga GT286, chassis number 325, was originally Porsche powered before that was switched out for a 13B in the US, and later converted to a 13G triple-rotor.
The car has a varied history, having had two second-place finishes in its class at the 24 Hours of Daytona. 3 Rotor Racing will be undertaking a full restoration of the machine when it hits our shores, then it won’t be long until you can hear that 13G scream for yourself.
