There is no denying the success and influence Steve Hansen has had on the All Blacks.
He joined the team in 2004 as assistant coach and in eight years he helped the team boost their win ratio to 84 per cent.
Since he took over as head coach in 2012, that win ratio has jumped to 90 per cent. In six seasons the All Blacks have lost just five tests. It is an incredible record that includes winning a World Cup and becoming known as the most dominant team in history.
Hansen has now been with the All Blacks for 14 years and presided over a cultural revolution that saw the players take greater control of the running of the team and the development of some of the best players in rugby history.
