KIWIS TAKE ON AUSSIE … AGAIN!

-

After making a big impact on the Australian burnout scene last year, members of New Zealand’s premier burnout team, Kiwi Carnage, are looking forward to making the massive trip to the ‘West Island’ once again to try their hand at carving shit up. The team comprises Liz and Ryan Gracie’s ‘EV1L 69’ Chev Camaro, Braden Smith’s ‘HAUNT U’ Holden VF Commodore wagon, Arnie Donaldson’s ‘LOLIFE’ Falcon XC ute, and Ian Smith’s ‘SAMBOS’ Mazda RX-7 — Ricky and Jenn Ireland and their Holden HZ will not be able to join the group this time around, due to existing commitments in getting the New Zealand Burnout Championship off the ground back home. However, the Kiwi Carnage team have arranged for a stand-in Kiwi to take the vacant space. Clint Ogilvie, twotimes Summernats champ and previous Summernats Master, has put his hand up to run his ‘FRONT–BACK’ Torana. All told, it’s a pretty exciting team. At this stage, the team’s plan is to cruise over to Australia to compete again in Tread Cemetery at Lardner Park, Victoria, on November 13. The cars will then be left in Australia, with the crew returning in the new year for Summernats 31, to be held over January 4–7 at Exhibition Park in Canberra.
