Person found in SUV dies

Christchurch: A person has died after an incident with an SUV in Canterbury at the weekend.

Police were called early on Sunday to an unresponsive person in a vehicle near Rolleston, just outside of Christchurch.

A St John spokesman said the person was taken to Christchurch Hospital in a critical condition on Sunday.

Police confirmed yesterday the person had died. — RNZ
