Truce seems shaky
Baku/Yerevan: Armenia and Azerbaijan accused each other yesterday of violating a new ceasefire in fighting over the mountain enclave of NagornoKarabakh.
The third truce in just over two weeks came into force at 5pm (NZ time) and within minutes, Azerbaijan’s defence ministry said Armenian forces had shelled villages in the Terter and Lachin regions.
The NagornoKarabakh defence ministry denied it. — Reuters
