Overwhelmed and confused by what to feed your family?
Claire wants to break down the stress many people feel when it comes to preparing food for their families. She suggests looking at it like this. Like many things in life, nutrition is a spectrum. At one end of the spectrum are people who constantly eat highly processed junk food washed down with sugary drinks – not at all recommended. At the other end of the spectrum are people who grow as much of their food as possible, know the origin of everything they eat and drink purified water – this works for some people but is not practical for everyone. Many of us are somewhere in the middle, where there is always room for improvement. “For most people,” says Claire, “it’s a case of asking this: 'Over the course of this year, what changes can I make to the way my family and I are eating that will improve our overall health and vitality?”
