The best in business line up for annual awards
The finalists for the Matamata-Piako Business Awards have been revealed.
The winners to be announced at the Business Night Out event, to be held at the Silver Fern Farms Event Centre, Te Aroha, on October 12.
The awards were split into sections for Matamata and Piako (Morrinsville, Te Aroha).
In the Bayleys Business Excellence category, the finalists from Matamata are The Boltholder, Prestige Group, New World Matamata, Matamata Real Estate.
Finalists in the Gull Customer Service category for Matamata are Forget Me Not Florist, House of Travel Matamata, Vodafone and Westpac Matamata.
In the Bayleys Business Excel- lence category, the finalists from Morrinsville are Simply Shoes, Elite Fowers & Gifts, Cafe´ Frock and House of Travel Morrinsville.
The finalists from Te Aroha are Tim Whittle Builders, Te Aroha Tractors, Fitzone NZ Te Aroha and Taj Indian Restaurant.
Finalists in the Gull Customer Service category from Morrinsville are Unichem, House of Travel Morrinsville, Hutchies and Morrinsville i-SITE & AA service.
Finalists from Te Aroha are Framing Quilt and Craft, Gatman Glamour, Taj Indian Restaurant and Villa Nine Organic Health Shop.
This year’s keynote speaker will be Martin Snedden, former New Zealand cricketer and chief executive officer of NZ Cricket, as well as chief executive officer of the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
