MAKE MINE A JAMIESONS a splash of water, no ice

Real Estate Outlook - - PROPERTY OF THE WEEK -

Relaxing on the deck looking out at what must be one of the most peaceful vistas will surely melt away the week’s stresses. Maybe drop in a line at the end of the garden just in time for dinner or go for a leisurely swim, either way at high tide the sea is literally at your door step. For those that live and work in Auckland and think “I need to get away from it all” then owning property on the beautiful Mahurangi West coast just 4 minutes north of Puhoi is all you need to do. The house has one bedroom and is perfectly designed for the quiet life. Open plan living, a bedroom with more than enough wardrobe space, great garden with lots of space for the home grown veges plus the property allows room to grow should you have bigger fish to fry. It’s all about the perfect commuting distance from the madness of the city to something you only read about in brochures of exotic places. Mahurangi West is an exotic place on the east coast only about 25 minutes to the North Shore or 40 minutes to the CBD, it’s so close in time and distance but has the feeling when you get there of being far away. Mahurangi West is a place of contrasts from its hilly and rugged pastoral countryside to the pristine north facing beaches, it is all such a nice place to be that the hardest thing you will ever have to do is, go home. Spending time here could make you reconsider life, maybe you could make it a “double” make the move permanent, you can do it!
