Police recover stolen goods
Two go karts are looking for their rightful owners after a police search of a west Auckland home netted a huge haul of stolen goods.
The go karts are among up to $200,000 worth of stolen property unearthed by the police as part of an ongoing investigation into burglaries. Officers believe the goods were stolen from across the Waitakere, Rodney and North Shore areas.
Anyone who thinks the items belong to them is asked to contact Senior Constable Michael Fillery at Michael.fillery@police.govt.nz.
Proof of ownership is required. Anyone with information is asked to phone Waitemata police on (09) 488 6200 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
