Ad­ina Thorn is con­sid­er­ing a class ac­tion against Shad­ow­clad man­u­fac­tur­ers Carter Holt Har­vey, out of con­cerns the prod­uct is de­fec­tive. Ad­ina Thorn is calling for home­own­ers to reg­is­ter if their home was built with Shad­ow­clad, whether or not there are any prob­lems. It has started a cam­paign on Neigh­ to en­cour­age regis­tra­tions. If there is suf­fi­cient in­ter­est from own­ers with vi­able claims, the firm will look at a class ac­tion, which it ex­pects to be fully funded, at no cost to home­own­ers.
