Hackers get behind shag
Cyber attacks have hit the Bird of the Year competition, for the third year in a row. Forest and Bird have revealed 310 dubious votes rolled in from a single IP address in Australia. Every vote was for the shag. Forest and Bird’s Kimberly Collins says they’ve had to bring in a cybersecurity company to monitor the competition. The kereru is currently leading the flock with more than 3000 votes.
