Come and en­joy the colour­ful stalls and their goods, rang­ing from arts and crafts, wood, cloth­ing, sou­venirs, plants, preloved goods and much more. 7.00am – 1.00pm Kuirau Park – cor­ner of Ranolf Street and Lake Road, Rotorua

EV­ERY SUN­DAY ROTORUA FARM­ERS MAR­KET

A mainly fresh food mar­ket with lo­cal farm­ers and spe­cialty food pro­duc­ers sell­ing home grown pro­duce and value added food and plant prod­ucts di­rect to cus­tomers. En­joy a leisurely bike ride to the mar­ket where there is plenty of bike park­ing avail­able. 9.00am – 1.00pm, City Fo­cus Rotorua (in­ter­sec­tion of Tu­tanekai and Hinemoa Streets)

SATUR­DAY 5 – SUN­DAY 6 NOVEM­BER WOMEN’S LIFE­STYLE EXPO

Fea­tur­ing ev­ery­thing from jew­ellery and beauty to busi­ness prod­ucts & in­for­ma­tion, crafts, fit­ness, food & wine sam­pling and much more, this two day event will suit women of all ages. 10.00am – 5.00pm, Rotorua En­ergy Events Cen­tre.

SATUR­DAY 12 NOVEM­BER TARAWERA TRAIL MARATHON & 50KM RUN/WALK

This spec­tac­u­lar run and walk is a great way to see some of the stun­ning ther­mal, for­est & lake ar­eas of Rotorua. And you’ll fin­ish right un­der Mt Tarawera at HotWater Beach where you can soak in the nat­u­ral hot wa­ter pool or jump in the lake be­fore tak­ing the scenic boat ride and bus ride back home. 8.00am – 10.00pm, Hemo Road, Rotorua.

SATUR­DAY 3 DE­CEM­BER CHRIST­MAS PA­RADE & FES­TI­VAL

Start­ing at 4pm the pa­rade weaves its way through the CBD and fin­ishes up at the fes­ti­val on the Vil­lage Green where there wull be plenty of en­ter­tain­ment and ac­tiv­i­ties, food ven­dors, some Christ­mas re­tail ther­apy and the Christ­mas Movie on the big screen. And don’t miss the Com­mu­nity Christ­mas Tree Light­ing Cer­e­mony just as the sun goes down. 4.00pm – 12.00am, Memo­rial Drive, Rotorua

TUES­DAY 6 DE­CEM­BER THEWEST END SMASH HIT MU­SI­CAL GREASE

Fea­tur­ing all the songs from the movie, and daz­zling cos­tumes, Grease is the orig­i­nal High School Mu­si­cal, fea­tur­ing all the un­for­get­table songs from the hit movie. 8.00pm – 10.30pm, Sir Howard Mor­ri­son Per­form­ing Arts Cen­tre, 1170 Fenton Street, Rotorua.

FRI­DAY 9 DE­CEM­BER CAR­OLS BY CAN­DLE­LIGHT

Fea­tur­ing the Rotorua Sym­phonic Band and lo­cal choirs and en­ter­tain­ers led by soloist and choir con­duc­tor Eve­lyn Fal­coner, this cel­e­bra­tion of Christ­mas is set un­der the trees in Kuirau Park, in a nat­u­ral am­phithe­atre set­ting. Bring a rug and some warm cloth­ing. 7.00pm – 9.30pm, Cor­ner of Ranolf Street and Lake Road, Rotorua.
