Thumbs up

■ To Kay at Headmasters — a wonderful hairdresser. You always leave feeling beautiful.

■ To Rotorua Heatpumps.

They fixed something quickly today.

■ To the man dressed all in hivis who rides a bike — have seen him picking up all the rubbish along Te Ngae Rd by the Racecourse. Awesome job.

■ To Teal Kitchen for providing a welcoming venue on Monday nights for the Rotorua Multicultural Council’s Professional Speaking for Migrants course over the past 12 weeks.

■ To the helpful guys at Dr Shoe in Eruera St. Thanks for going the extra mile for us last week.

■ To the couple with the motorbike helmets and the lady walking her dog dancing to that harmonica player on Brookland Rd. A little positive vibe after recent tragic events.

Thumbs down

■ To people who leave their wheelie bins on the roadside for several days after collection day, or even all the time. It is unsightly, makes the roads look untidy.

■ To the sunshine being on and off this week.
