Special cut price for pets on Saturday

South Waikato News - - NEWS -

Before its desexing campaign begins South Waikato SPCA will be offering cut-price adoptions.

On Saturday female cats will be only $55 and male cats $35.

Each adopted cat will take home a free bag of kitty litter.

Dogs, female and male, will be $150 each.

All SPCA animals are desexed prior to adoption.

Adopting a companion pet can be a wonderful and rewarding experience but also requires a commitment that should not be taken lightly.

Things to consider when adopting a pet are whether you have space for it in your home, whether you will have the time to spend with it and whether the costs of feeding, registering and caring for it are within your means.

Would you need cages, accessories and other necessities before your pet arrives?

Have you considered the cost of vaccinations and ongoing care?

It is a well-documented fact that pets contribute to excellent health in their human companions.
