Five en­joy Gold Cup gymkhana

Five rid­ers from the Pu­taruru Pony Club rep­re­sented Tim­ber­lands in the Gold Cup Gymkhana at the Waikato Eques­trian Cen­tre on Satur­day.

The girls had a fun day play­ing in­di­vid­ual and team eques­trian games. Tim­ber­lands was ninth.

As in­di­vid­u­als in their age group cat­e­gories An­to­nia Chris­tensen came sec­ond in the potato race, fourth in bend­ing, fourth in rider on the flat, sixth in the mug race and fourth in the ball and ra­quet game.

Brit­tany Feier­abend was sixth in rider on the flat.

An­nelise Bayer was fourth in bend­ing, third in the flag race, fifth in the ball and ra­quet game and sixth in the mug race.

Briar Bayes was third in show jump­ing, fourth in bend­ing and sec­ond in the mug race.

Fiona Stephen came first in rider on the flat, sixth in the potato race, and fifth in bend­ing and the ra­quet and ball game.
