MP Upston coming to a cafe near you
Taupo MP Louise Upston is starting the election year with a series of meetings in cafes around the South Waikato.
‘‘These catch-ups are for people to come and discuss what is important to them in the area,’’ said Mrs Upston.
‘‘It is important that people in rural communities have access to assistance if they are experiencing issues with government departments.’’
‘‘It is a great opportunity for you to come and talk to me before school starts back and your days get busier.’’
‘‘Next Wednesday I’ll be visiting Tirau, Arapuni, Putaruru and Tokoroa and I look forward to meeting constituents in the area.’’
The meetings on January 26 are taking place at Tirau’s Loose Goose Cafe at 9am, Putaruru’s Crazy Cow Cafe at 11am, Arapuni’s Rhubarb Cafe at 1pm and Sweet Rose Cafe in Tokoroa at 3pm.
