Strath­more Sis­ters un­beaten in pri­mary net­ball champs

The fi­nal games in the Pri­mary School New World Net­ball Cham­pi­onships were played in rain last Satur­day. The top pri­mary net­ball team for the 2011 sea­son is Strath­more Sis­ters coached by Ngaire Taikato.

Strath­more Sis­ters were un­beaten in the New World Cham­pi­onships and the Dol­lar King Competition dur­ing the 2011 sea­son.

The points for Sec­tion 1 were: Strath­more Sis­ters (8 pts), David Henry All­stars, North Ki­wis and Whaka­maru all 6 points, North Tuis ( 4) and Cargill Cops ( 0). Strath­more Sis­ters won against David Henry All­stars 3-1 to take the ti­tle.

Fi­nal re­sults for Sec­tion 2 were Tainui Stars (10 points), Cen­tral Bruzers (8), Strath­more Magic, David Henry Bell­birds and Strath­more Sil­ver Ferns (all 4 points), Am­is­field Aces (0 points).

Sec­tion 3 points were North Keas (6 points), Tainui Idols (4), Te Kura (2) and Am­is­field Stars (0).

Sec­tion 4 points were un­beaten David Henry Tuis ( 6 points), David Henry Doves, North Fan­tails and Strath­more All­stars all won one game each.
