Petley to cook for kindy
South Waikato boy and MasterChef alumni Cameron Petley will be turning up the heat next Saturday night, demonstrating some of his signature dishes to raise money for a kindergarten.
Charles Kindergarten is hosting a master class with Cameron Petley, supported by kitchen designer, Hopkins Joinery.
Cameron will be demonstrating his signature venison backstrap steak, along with three starters that attendees will be excited to recreate at home. Guests may even get to test their MasterChef skills with Cameron on the night.
Guests will also be invited to try some tasty foods from Putaruru including cheeses from Over the Moon.
Proceeds from the event will go towards renovations and new whitegoods for the Kindergarten, with Hopkins Joinery kindly donating Cameron’s demonstration kitchen up for auction after the event on Trade Me.
The demonstration kitchen has been designed and made by Hopkins Joinery.
Charles Kindergarten’s Master Class with Cameron Petley will be held at the Plaza in Putaruru on Kensington St from 6.30pm.
