The soul­ful vo­cals of Ben Ratima are rem­i­nis­cent of old school artists like Ste­vie Won­der.

Ratima is set to de­liver a pol­ished per­for­mance at the Toko­roa Cos­mopoli­tan Club on Oc­to­ber 1.

Ratima pro­vides lead vo­cals for Sol­jah, a five-piece unit based in Kaipara and Auck­land made up of five mu­si­cians with an in­creas­ing pop­u­lar­ity across Aotearoa due to their live per­for­mances and ground pul­sat­ing sound.

Ratima oc­ca­sion­ally plays with his brother un­der the Ratima Broth­ers.
