South Waikato News - - SPORT - By HEATHER GABY

Another postponement due to bad weather for last week’s Our Neighbourhood party at the Rock Park. This Friday’s party will be at Lake Moananui, Arawa St entry. If the Lake is in your neighbourhood, join us for some fun and games from 5.30pm to 7pm and socialise with your neighbours. There will be a sausage sizzle, fun games, live music and a bouncy castle and it’s all free. Seasonal pools close

The seasonal pools in Putaruru and Tirau will close for the end of the summer this Sunday March 11 at 6pm. This has obviously not been a good summer for swimming; however the pools are scheduled to close at the usual time of the year in midMarch. The Putaruru Pool will be used once again for the annual Tirau and Putaruru Swimming Club competition later in the week. Hash House Harriers
