Mandy’s Ket­tle Bell class

Mandy is go­ing to be run­ning a Ket­tle Bell class this week at 6pm on Thurs­day night at the Elim Church Community Room. All wel­come – $2 per per­son.

Hot Hula Classes

Mandy has ex­panded her reper­toire to now in­clude “Hot Hula” Poly­ne­sian Dance. She has been train­ing and learn­ing and is now ready to pass on her ex­per­tise to ev­ery­one. Classes are Mon­day from 1 to noon and Wed­nes­day from 1pm to 2pm. All classes are $3 and are at the Elim Church, Aotea Cres.

Sport Waikato Dis­trict Sports Awards

Nom­i­na­tions closed on Oc­to­ber 5 for the sports awards. We have re­ceived some fan­tas­tic nom­i­na­tions with some amaz­ing tal­ent in our area and some fab­u­lous peo­ple help­ing in ad­min­is­tra­tion and coach­ing roles. This year we are for­tu­nate to have BMX rider and Olympic sil­ver medal­list Sarah Walker as our guest speaker.

Tick­ets are avail­able­from our of­fice on Swanston St.

The awards are on t Novem­ber 12 at the South Waikato Sports and Event Cen­tre at 7pm. The cost of the tick­ets are $15 per per­son.
