The newly multi-NZ-MusicAwards- nominated Six60 will head out this summer to bring their rootsy sound to their home country.

Last summer Six60 performed a sell-out tour playing to more than 15,000 people in just seven shows before heading on a successful overseas tour.

This year, the Dunedinformed five-piece is setting out to make their tour even more memorable.

One of them is David Dallas: With hits such as Take A Picture and Start Lookin’ Round. Dallas has recently completed a 50-date tour of the United States with indie darlings AER and released his latest project Buffalo Man for free on daviddallas.co.nz.

For the first two shows in Wellington and New Plymouth, songstress Iva Lamkum will be bringing her critically acclaimed unique and funky blend of new-rave indie soul to warm up the stage. And for one show, Dallas will join Six60 along with Shihad, I Am Giant and Australian rockabilly act King Cannons.

YEAH YEAH: Six60 will take to the road this summer to deliver their sound to the fans.
