Tani­wha at­tracts crowd

It was a stun­ning day for the in­au­gu­ral Tani­wha event on Satur­day.

The event at­tracted about 800 en­trants from Napier, Hamil­ton, Auck­land, Toko­roa, Whangarei, Taupo, Levin, Master­ton, Palmer­ston North and Ro­torua.

Con­grat­u­la­tions to ev­ery­one who par­tic­i­pated.

FIN­ISH LINE: Un­der the swel­ter­ing heat par­tic­i­pants were ex­cited to see the fin­ish line, where they were greeted by cold bev­er­ages and rap­tur­ous ap­plause.
