I’ve heard it said the in­di­vid­u­als who in­dis­crim­i­nately lit­ter our en­vi­ron­ment do not read let­ters to the ed­i­tor.

How­ever, walking around Lake Moana Nui on the first week­end of Fe­bru­ary was an eye-opener.
