Part Two: The Jour­ney - Where do I want to end up? Last time you es­tab­lished where you are right now. I am sure there are many of you at each of the five start­ing points. The im­por­tant thing to re­alise is, that from where you are ... you can go any­where and do any­thing. So where do you want to go? Where do I want to end up? I call this stage, the ‘‘Blank Can­vas’’ or ‘‘De­sign your Life’’ phase. It is an op­por­tu­nity for you to build on what is al­ready work­ing or to have a com­pletely new start. You are giv­ing yourself some time out to cre­ate a life that you might re­ally en­joy. This tool is par­tic­u­larly help­ful when life turns upside down or when you feel stuck. I have used it many times! Af­ter I have taken a mo­ment to catch my breath and have a cup of tea, I re­mem­ber this tool, and use it.
