Silver lining to defeat in Glasgow
Lynda Bennett lead the New Zealand mixed triples para-bowls team to a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
New Zealand made a characteristic slow start, being down 7-1 before clawing their way back to 7-7.
A dramatic final end saw the lead change four times.
Lead Bennett started the ball rolling, drawing shot for New Zealand be on level terms, and skip Mark Noble played a screamer with his last bowl, only to see the South African skip play a blinder with his last bowl. That was the winning and losing of the game.
