A ‘whizzbang’ show worth a watch

South Waikato News - - Conversations - HILTON WOODROOFE

I recently attended the first night of PTP new production of Bouncers – a new age drama comedy take off. Wow, what a show. I wasn’t prepared for the whizzbang smooth delivery of its script by its excellently chosen actors.

It was simply superb in every way.

As a long time thespian myself, I have to say it was one of the best shows I have seen and certainly probably the best show Putaruru players has presented.

The whole cast and direction were stunningly slick in this fast moving, exquisitely directed, show.

I’d be doing a disservice to the actors if I singled out any one in particular for their excellent acting.

All their performances dovetailed together in to an almost perfect dramatic night out.

Congratulations to the cast and director for an excellent night out.

I got more than my moneys worth and that’s more than can be said for a lot of local shows I’ve seen and performed in over the years.

I heartedly recommend this show as a don’t miss night out.

Be warned though, this is an adult show and not for littlies.

Bouncers is on every night until May 21 at the Putaruru Plaza at 7.30pm. Tickets $20.
