South Waikato News - - Your Paper, Your Place -

Hi guys,

I thought it would be timely to remind you all that the South Waikato News office in Tokoroa will be closing next Friday, July 22.

That means we unfortunately have to say goodbye to receptionist, and South Waikato News’ mother of knowlegde, Betty Mitchell.

Betty will be greatly missed by our team, but I’m sure also the rest of the community.

I also wanted to let you know that the paper will continue to be delivered to you free every Wednesday despite the closure.

You will still be able to let us know about news by contacting reporter Luke and will be able to advertise by contact Ivan.

Details for both these guys are below.

Luke will also be at the Sweet Rose cafe a couple of times a week for drop in news. We’ll let you know the times he’ll be there in the paper each week.

For all other non-news related matters you can email swn@fairfaxmedia.co.nz or call 0800 800 373.
