1⁄2 brown onion, very finely diced 1 clove gar­lic, minced 1 ta­ble­spoon kofta spice mix (see recipe be­low) 450g lamb mince 1⁄4 tea­spoon salt 1 ta­ble­spoon tomato sauce

❚1⁄2 cup nat­u­ral yoghurt 1⁄2 tea­spoon dried su­mac (store­bought)

1⁄2 tea­spoon runny honey

❚2 toma­toes 1 car­rot 1 cos let­tuce
