-

Police have shamed a crowd of 25 people who gathered to film a man in a restaurant fighting for his life. Police officers cleared the restaurant in the Hague and used a portable defibrillator as they fought to save the man, who had been dining with his wife when he suffered a heart attack. As a police officer sat with the victim’s wife they saw 20 to 30 people outsidethe restaurant’s window, some filming the scene. "As police we have no words for this. They were people who found it necessary to stare and even to film," he said. The heart attack victim survived.
