Britain Swimmer sets record with lap of Britain

Many people struggle to muster the enthusiasm for a few lengths of the local pool on cold November mornings. Not Ross Edgley. Yesterday the 33-year-old fitness fanatic became the first swimmer to circumnavigate Great Britain. He completed 2880km over five months and was joined by 400 swimmers as he neared the end of his swim, at Margate in Kent.
