COOK’S NOTES

Taste - - Eat Platter Spectacular -

Nasturtium grows everywhere and you can recognise it by its bright orange flower and lily padlike leaves. The leaves have a strong peppery taste and the sweet-flavoured flowers are a popular garnish. The flowers have a long blooming season so you should be able to find them easily. Just be careful about picking them if there has been weed spraying or if there are dogs nearby.
