Straw­berry overnight oats

READY IN 15 min­utes plus overnight soak­ing time SERVES 1

Com­bine 1 cup chopped straw­ber­ries with ½ cup or­ange juice in a small saucepan and heat un­til straw­ber­ries are ten­der. Mix with ½ cup rolled oats, place in a bowl, cover and chill in the fridge overnight. In the morn­ing, the oats will be ten­der and de­li­cious. Top with a dol­lop plain Greek yo­ghurt.
