Strawberry overnight oats
READY IN 15 minutes plus overnight soaking time SERVES 1
Combine 1 cup chopped strawberries with ½ cup orange juice in a small saucepan and heat until strawberries are tender. Mix with ½ cup rolled oats, place in a bowl, cover and chill in the fridge overnight. In the morning, the oats will be tender and delicious. Top with a dollop plain Greek yoghurt.
