Maple berry cream

Use crushed or bruised strawberries from your berrypicking efforts to make this maple berry cream. Whip 200ml cream, fold in 1-2 Tbsp pure maple syrup and around 1 cup crushed strawberries. Use to sandwich together sponge cakes, top a pavlova, spoon over fruit salad or add to a sundae.
