French toast rolls

Make straw­berry French toast rolls for a hol­i­day treat. Re­move the crusts from 8-10 slices white bread. Roll each slice with a rolling pin un­til flat. Spread with Nutella and scat­ter with chopped straw­ber­ries (around 1-2 straw­ber­ries per slice). Roll tightly and dunk in French toast bat­ter made from 2 eggs,a dash milk or cream, a splash vanilla and a hand­ful sugar. Fry in melted but­ter un­til golden then roll on a plate scat­tered with cin­na­mon sugar or dust with ic­ing sugar. Try not to eat the whole lot your­self !
