WINE WORTH BLEATING ABOUT

Taste - - Local Foodie Blog -

Babydolls are rare kind of sheep so small they barely reach your knees. They’re small enough to be kept on the vineyard year-round because they can’t reach the grapes. Yealands thinks having these miniature mowers that reduce their carbon emissions is worth bleating about. So they’ve created a range of wines called Babydoll by Yealands Family Wines. Their Babydoll Marlborough Pinot Gris won the Champion Pinot Gris Trophy at the 2016 NZ Aromatic Wine Competition. RRP from $16.99.
