‘‘Next year's line-up will feature the rock and blues of George Thorogood & The Destroyers, Alanis Morissette and Colin Hay of Men At Work fame.’’

Just five weeks after announcing the 2018 Summer line up, Greenstone Entertainment have completely sold out the three date nationwide Tour.

The 48,000 tickets across the three shows have been snapped up in record time, with Taupo¯ selling out only a week after the announcement, followed days later by Queenstown and Whitianga.

Greenstone Entertainment CEO, Amanda Calvert said they are pleased the artists had resonated so well with people.

Next year’s line-up will feature the rock and blues of George Thorogood & The Destroyers, Alanis Morissette and Colin Hay of Men At Work fame.

‘‘The popularity for next year’s Summer Concert Tour certainly demonstrates that us kiwis have a hunger for great musical talent from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s,’’ Calvert said.

She said the music is popular with those who grew up listening to the artists, and also a younger audience who listen to that era.

‘‘We’re looking forward to delivering a fantastic day of entertainment in Queenstown, Taupo¯ and Whitianga, along with showcasing our amazing country and people to our international guests in January.’’
