Hot Tub set to entertain
Hot Tub will provide entertainment for locals and visitors during Labour Weekend as the traditional midday concert at St Andrew’s Church becomes an evening concert.
Hot Tub is a colourful local 13-piece band known for covering well known songs that suit their style. With hits from 30s Jazz, Dixieland, Fun(k), R&B, Motown and pop, their big sound is sure to get the audience feeling energised.
The band features a big brass section, flute, guitars, keys, percussion and vocals. Band members are well known in the Taupo¯ music scene and many perform in a number of bands in venues around town on a regular basis.
The concert will be held on Saturday, October 20 at St Andrew’s in Tı¯tı¯raupenga St. Doors open at 5.30pm with a $10 cover charge for adults and $2 for children. The cost of entry includes pre-dinner drinks and nibbles, so bring your friends and family along.
