Registration time for dogs
Alfie, Western Bay of Plenty District Council’s office dog, is first off the starting blocks with the new 2018/19 Western Bay registration tag.
Western Bay dog owners should have received this year’s information in the mail, or via email, last week, along with the council’s newsletter Dogs of the Western Bay.
Registration is due by July 1 but owners have until August 1 to pay before any penalties apply.
This year’s tags are green and all the information on the fees and how they apply to different dogs (desexed, unneutered, dangerous, working and assistance dogs etc.) is available on the council’s website www.westernbay.govt.nz/dogregistration
If your or your dog/s details have changed from last year you can update your information at www.westernbay.govt.nz/dogpayment or on your registration form when you make payment.
For any queries contact the council’s customer services team, ph 0800 926 732 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
